substnz Capital Partners is a regulated investment firm based in Hamburg. We provide MiFID II license infrastructure as a service, giving independent capital markets professionals the regulatory umbrella, operational backbone, and technology platform they need to build and scale their own practice.
Our focus is alternative investments. Real estate, infrastructure, private equity, venture capital, private credit, secondaries, co-investments. We can also cover UCITS distribution to professional clients, and some of our tied agents do, but alternatives are what the platform is built around.

For Asset Managers
You manage an alternative investment fund and want to access European institutional capital. There are two routes. Your own distribution team can operate under our license as tied agents, or you can put your fund in front of the independent tied agents already on our platform. Our tied agents choose their own mandates, so the second route is an opportunity, not a distribution guarantee. We handle the regulatory architecture either way.
